ORDERING & PAYMENT
Shopping with us online should be an amazing experience like spending the day at the Spa. Please read this page carefully before ordering any of our product. These terms apply to any order you place through our website: head2toessentials.com the (“Site”). By placing an order through the Site you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms and the Site Terms of Use.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Pay Pal with a U.S. billing address.
You will be asked to enter your payment details during the checkout process. All payments must be made immediately over the Internet. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit card you use is yours. All card payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer and are subject to a fraud check by our designated fraud detection vendor. All products remain our property until we have delivered the products to the address specified by you. Prices given do not include delivery costs, which will be specified as part of the order process.
Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed and we will send you an email to let you know it’s on its way. If we chose not to sell you the goods, then we will tell you by email and if you have already paid, we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that the billing address must match the card used for payment, and the payment card used must be issued in the U.S.
You will receive a confirmation that your order has shipped. If your order is being sent in multiple shipments (whether to the same or to different destinations), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.
DISCOUNT AND PROMOTIONS
If you have a promotion code, enter it during checkout to apply it to your order.
Keep in mind:
• A promotional or coupon code may be used only once.
• Promotion or coupon offer is valid while supplies last.
• Price adjustments will not be applied to prior purchases.

TAXES
Tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates. Please note that we estimate your sales tax at checkout. Your credit card will reflect all applicable state and local taxes.

Standard delivery
• Order by 10am ET (Monday to Friday) for delivery within 8 business days.
• Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the item

• Order by 10am ET (Monday to Friday) for delivery within 2 business days.
• $14 delivery cost orders to Contiguous U.S.
Next business day delivery
• Order by 10am ET (Monday to Friday) for delivery the next business day.
• $18 delivery cost orders to Contiguous U.S.
Important delivery information:
• We deliver orders Monday-Friday.
• Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
• We deliver whatever days the shipping service delivers.
• If you place an order on a weekend or public holiday, we will process your order the next business day.
• Free shipping promotions apply to standard shipping only.
• We do not offer international deliveries from this store. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
Free Shipping
The value of the following purchases and charges do not count toward the qualifying order amount: gift cards, gift wrap, packaging, prior purchases, taxes, and shipping/handling. Offer is subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted. Offer only available on items shipped to a single address in the contiguous United States. All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
International Shipments
Head2ToeEssentials LLC Online Store can currently ship orders to all States within the U.S. States.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to any other non-U.S. addresses at this time. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies.
NON COMMERCIAL USE
The products and services available on our web site and any samples we may provide to you are for personal use only. We do not offer merchandise for resale. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to cancel or reduce any orders that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in violation of these terms and conditions.
CANCELLATION
After you have clicked "Place Order", you cannot cancel or change your order*. Please complete a contact form here and a member of our team will get back to you promptly. Please also provide a daytime phone number where we may contact you with any questions.
Refunds (excluding shipping and handling charges) will be applied to the debit or credit card account used for the original order. Please allow up to two (2) billing cycles for your refund to post to your account. Refunds are only provided for products that have not been opened.
RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your online purchase, please contact us here.
Please note that gift cards, Body Butters, Body Scrubs, Body Oils and Soaps are not returnable or refundable and all returns are subject to verification of original sale. Only original, unused and sealed goods are eligible for return. Head2ToeEssentials LLC reserves the right to limit or deny returns. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms are created and controlled by Head2ToeEssentials LLC. in the State of Florida , USA. These terms shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provision. Any dispute relating to or arising out of these terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts in the State of Florida. You hereby consent to and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non convenient with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Florida .
